School-Work Alternation
Due to the multidisciplinary nature of our activities, we have developed and implemented numerous projects of School-Work Alternation within the Higher Education Institutes, which comprise different thematic areas.

The paths are led by our professionals who are experts in: Associationism and the Third Sector, design, event planning, occupational safety, directing, acting, dramaturgy, drama therapy, costume design, set design.
In parallel with the course in the classroom, the students will take part in online training through the e-learning platform.
The activities of School-Work Alternation are generally evaluated through anonymous questionnaires of satisfaction filled out by the students involved in the project.
The results of these tests have shown a positive increase in percentages from year to year.

On a sample of 220 students in the school year 2016/2017:
98% of the students attributed the maximum score to the tutor in providing information on the reference sector and on the activities carried out

95% of the students would recommend the activity to a peer who had to start School-Work Alternation

91% of the students declared that they would participate again in a path held by our experts

70% of the students said they had obtained a reinforcement of their skills

71% of the students said that the meetings were subject of reflection and discussion for the class

85% of students say they have developed a greater awareness of the potential of team working.
